Thermo Tilt Switch
The Thermo tilt range brings together proven tilt switch technology and simple ro-bust temperature switching devices to detect both over temperature and changed orientation in normally static machinery.
Thermo tilt has as standard three individual switching outputs.
Each unit is factory tested to confirm operation within tolerances and is supplied with easy to understand installation instructions.
Thermo Tilt RTD
Monitoring of conveyor dead shaft tail rollers.
- 316 Stainless steel
- Passive device
- Polyurethane – Totally encapsulated
- 120VAC-1A resistive / 48VDC-1A resistive
- Class B – 100 ohm @ 0oC, 138.5ohm @ 100oC
- All metal parts are bonded to the earth core in cable
- Fully screened 0.5mm DEKRON cable 3 metres length (standard)
- Stainless steel fl exible conduit 2.5 metres
- Contacts open approx 15 degrees from the horizontal line on case
- 1600C (long term exposure limit)

Temperature Monitoring Switch.
- Economical temperature monitoring for housings, electric motors and conveyor bearings blocks
- Two switches—70 deg C & 90 deg C.
